At Neon Enjoy, we ship our products to customers located in the United States and Canada. Please note that applicable taxes will be charged accordingly at checkout.
Efficiency and speed are our priorities. More than 98% of our orders are delivered within 6-10 business days from the date of order. We are committed to high-quality manufacturing combined with fast delivery timelines.
- Rush production orders: Manufactured and dispatched within 1-2 business days.
- Standard production orders: Manufactured and dispatched within 3-5 business days.
- Transit Time: Approximately 5-7 business days (transit varies based on the size of your sign).
- Total Delivery: 6-10 business days from the date of order.
Shipping charges are calculated based on your preferences selected in our design tool. Please note that additional shipping fees may apply for orders below a certain value or for unique customization requirements.
If Neon Enjoy fulfills its commitment to dispatch within the prescribed timeframe, but delivery is delayed due to unforeseen carrier reasons, our liability is restricted to a refund of shipping charges exclusively.
- Large Products: Signs over 45 inches may require 2-3 extra days in transit.
- Complex Designs: Signs with over 30 characters may require 2-3 additional production days.
- Bulk Orders: Timelines for orders of 2+ pieces will be communicated separately.
- Unforeseen Events: Seasonal holidays, climatic disruptions, or lost packages may impact standard timelines.
We recommend recording an unboxing video upon delivery. Damage must be reported within 7 days of delivery to be eligible for a replacement.
To file a claim, please email FilingLacka@gmail.com with:
- A clear photo of the damage to the sign.
- An unboxing video showing the condition upon arrival.
- Photos of the outer box (all sides) and the shipping label.
Our delivery partners require a signature on delivery. If you choose to opt out of the signature requirement, Neon Enjoy takes no responsibility for lost or stolen parcels marked as "delivered". If a package is lost in transit (before delivery), we will provide a free replacement.
