Neon Enjoy TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using or purchasing from the Neon Enjoy website. By accessing or using the website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

1. Import Duty & Taxes

Orders to some countries may be subject to import fees/duties and taxes. These fees are the sole responsibility of the customer and are not covered by Neon Enjoy. If a customer refuses to accept a parcel due to import duties, they remain liable for all postal and return shipment costs.

2. Product Availability & Lead Times

All Neon Enjoy Products are made to order. Our standard delivery timeframe is 6-10 business days for express orders, though standard production and shipping may take up to 3 weeks during peak periods. We strive for efficiency without compromising our handcrafted quality.

3. Custom Design Service

Neon Enjoy offers a professional design service for custom logos. A non-refundable $15 design fee is charged per revision. If the customer proceeds with the sign purchase, this design fee will be deducted from the final order total.

4. 3-Year Extended Warranty

We take pride in our quality. All Neon Enjoy LED neon signs include a 3-year warranty covering electrical components when used as intended. Note: Any hardwiring of the sign by an unauthorized person voids this warranty.

5. Returns & Refunds

Due to the personalized nature of our made-to-order products, Neon Enjoy accepts returns and provides refunds for faulty items only. We cannot accept returns for a change of mind. Please report any issues immediately to FilingLacka@gmail.com.
